Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against accommodation, food, beverage or leisure club membership only and are valid for 5 'years from date of purchase
Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the hotel in which they are being used. No change will be given out but the balance can be used for future purchases
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the hotel for which they were purchased.
